Region Major Projects is responsible for some of Skanska's most exciting and socially important construction and infrastructure projects. We are now looking for dedicated team leaders for our growing teams, primarily for our Slussen project and BECCS, a climate-focused project for carbon capture.

Team Leader with a Focus on Concrete Structures
As a team leader focusing on concrete, you will contribute both engagement and expertise within your area of responsibility.
We offer you varied tasks where you combine practical work in production with administrative parts. You will become a key person in the project's concrete block, responsible for building a strong and cohesive team while contributing to the overall project. Teamwork and willingness to collaborate are crucial for success, and we highly value both.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing our subcontractors as well as our own production in daily work.
- Coordinating production in your block with other activities on the site.
- Planning work together with others in production by developing and maintaining a 3-week planning.
- Following up on production with a focus on work environment, productivity, quality, profitability, and sustainability.
- Maintaining close contact with clients and suppliers and ordering materials according to the 3-week planning.

Communicative Team Leader with Experience in Construction Projects
We are looking for someone who is communicative and proactive, leading by example in safety, responsibility, and planning. You are flexible and have quality as a central factor in the way you work.
In addition to experience as a team leader, you need:
- At least five years of experience in leadership on larger construction projects.
- Previous experience with concrete work.
- Education in construction and civil engineering.
- Driver's license (B).
- Fluent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form.
- Concrete Competence Class II certification.
It is advantageous if you have experience with concrete work below ground and Concrete Competence Class I. It is also beneficial if you have Traffic Agency's TA courses for work on roads, Safe Excavation, BAM, and BAS-U.
